We’re commencing works on 5 June (weather permitting) to improve the condition of the Sandringham Family Leisure Centre carpark. Works will include surface repairs to the existing carpark, and electrical service for lighting upgrades.
Next week’s schedule includes both day and night works, and is designed to minimise disruption to Centre tenants and visitors. Traffic management will be in place to help customers and visitors access the nearest available parking spaces:
- Section 4: Monday 5 June, 6pm-6am
- Section 3: Tuesday 6 June, 6pm-6am
- Section 2: Wednesday 7 June, 6pm-6am
- Section 1: Friday 9 June, 6am-6pm
We appreciate the continued patience and understanding of Centre tenants and visitors as we work to complete these works as soon as possible. Unrestricted all-day parking is also available near the Centre on Tulip Street, Reserve Road, and Park Road.
Tulip Street Stadium update
We’re currently finalising the contract to recommence the Tulip Street Stadium expansion project. We’re delighted to be getting this important project for Bayside’s basketballers back on track and looking forward to sharing more information soon.
