Sessions with David Barlow
The session with David Barlow will run from 7:00am – 8:00am (court 5 – 8)
- U12 Girls and Boys session will run on Tuesday Mornings commencing 4th Feb – 25th March
- U14/U16/U18 Girls and Boys session will run on Wednesday Mornings commencing 5th Feb – 26th March
The on-court workouts will consist of an athletic performance based warm up with introductory exercises, a further ball handing warm up followed by a main block of skill work which will vary week to week. We will finish with competitive work that will depend on the specific skill or concept we want to target that week.
