Craig’s experience and proven leadership demonstrated to the Board that he is the best person to lead the SBA into the future.”
“This is a challenging but exciting time for the SBA, and Craig will be a passionate advocate, working to grow participation, campaign for new facilities, and work closely with our clubs, our members, our life members and SBA Board to reach its full potential.
Craig has unique basketball insights, as a former player, administrator and parent and understands what is required to enable a highly successful and engaging environment for our Clubs, athletes, coaches, and officials.”
Craig commented, “Having played basketball, I believe it is a fantastic sport with a strong following that can only grow. I look forward to taking on the permanent CEO’s role at the SBA, and building upon the great work of the operations team, the SBA Board, our members, volunteers and stakeholders.
I am confident we will successfully deliver on the SBA vision and strategic objectives and maximise growth and development within the sport.”
