Welcome to Sabres Shooting School!
Commencing Monday 21st October
Session 1 is 4.00pm – 4.45pm (Court 4)
Session 2 is 4.45pm – 5.30pm (Court 4)
Session 3 is 5.30pm – 6.15pm (Court 4)
It is a six week training block ($15 per session), and the sessions will follow the below format:
Includes: Individual Shooting Development
- Shot analysis
- Catch and Shoot
- Shoot off the dribble
- Shoot off the move
- Progress tested with shooting tests.
Located on Court 4 at Southern Basketball Centre, session dates below:
- Session #1: Monday October 21st
- Session #2: Monday 11th November
- Session #3: Monday 18th November
- Session #4: Monday 25th November
- Session #5: Monday 2nd December
- Session #6: Monday 9th December
